LAMETIA DOP EVOO (CALABRIA)

Strict adherence to organic farming and respecting the quality virtues of many generations of her family’s olive farm are cornerstones of Mariangela Constantino’s Super premium DOP Extra Virgin oil. This Olive oil is an expression of the Calabrian Terrior. The farm, located in the hills of Maida in Catanzaro province, features 58 hectacres with about 10,000 Calabrian carolea olive trees.  This small production olive oil is protected by the Slow Food Presidium which selects small family producers that create artisanal products utilizing traditional practices.   Well blanced fruit, spice & bitter components make this a very versatile olive oil.
